Another quick, cheap and easy pasta recipe! :)

Happy Hump Day!! :) I have another recipe for you all. Ok so you will notice that I love pasta.. Just ask my husband. It is my favorite thing to make for a few reasons: 1. It is super filling, of course there is a lot of carbs but it fills you up with just a small serving! 2. Pasta is so cheap to make, if you are on a budget try to find different pasta recipes and mix things up! A little goes a long way too. 3. Pasta is usually quick and easy to make! So here is another recipe for you :)
This picture shows all of the ingredients (minus the cheese, that is optional and olive oil)

What you will need:
Chicken Tenders (I use 5 and there is a lot of chicken in it)
Olive Oil
Crushed Red Peppers (you can get this by all the seasonings)
Garlic Powder(you can get this by all the seasonings)
16oz Jar of Alfredo Sauce
26.5oz Hunt Spagetti Sauce (Doesn't matter what flavor)
1 LB of Rigatoni Noodles
15 oz can of Peas

(Salt and Pepper)
CHICKEN: On the stove heat up about 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil in the pan on medium heat add the Chicken Tender. Sprinkle a little bit of Pepper, Crushed Red Pepper and Garlic Powder on the chicken while it is cooking. Cook all the way through. Then cut them up into bite size squares.
NOODLES: Boil the noodles with about 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil in it. Then drain the noodles.
SAUCE: In a medium sauce pan combine the sauces together and the peas (half a can). Sprinkle some pepper into the sauce.

Stir the chicken, sauce and noodles all together and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top!
• I cook all of the noodles and sauce because I like to have left overs!

Let me know if you have any questions at all! :) This is super easy, quick and filling! This recipe cost me a total of about $7.

Thanks for following! DON'T FORGET ABOUT THE GIVEAWAY! :)
XOXO

  1. Girl...you have the same idea I do! As healthy as I want to be, with our budget right now pasta makes the most tasty dishes (not to mention left overs for work and school throughout the week) AND fills you up fast all at the same time! Now if I can just figure out how to make clean eating pasta dishes...lol. Love the blog:)
