4TH OF JULY MINI PIES
If you are needing a quick treat to bring to a 4th of July BBQ or party these mini pies (or you could use a big pie) are perfect and so yummy! Also, they are low in sugar and take like 15 minutes MAX to make.

4TH OF JULY MINI PIES
Graham Cracker Ready Crust
Sugar Free Pudding
Strawberries & Blueberries

Put the pudding in the crust, then place that in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes. Slice fruit and put it on top! EASY!!!! If you don't have time to chill the putting it is still yummy!

SUMMER SALAD

This salad is one that I am sure you have all had but it has become one of my favorites.  My friend brought it to dinner one night and since I have been hooked. The only thing I did different to this salad is I didn't candy the walnuts. Since these are last minute recipes it is literally one that I bring when I have no time so candying the walnuts isn't an option for time sake. If you can find them candied then that is even better.

SUMMER SALAD
Spinach
Strawberries
Blueberries
Walnuts
Strawberry Vinaigrette

This salad is so refreshing and would even be yummy with a little bit of Chicken in it! YUM.
