Quick & Easy Shake Recipe :)

Remember when I thought I was being healthy by going to Jamba Juice? HAVE YOU LOOKED AT THE RECIPES!?! I was so disgusted with myself, they are so unhealthy and it adds up when you buy one every morning.. oops! Ha ha so I decided to start using Zrii Achieve, I have been making shakes every morning or evening and they fill me up. This is a shake I made the other day when I got off work, I wanted something light and I was about to head to the gym. So I whipped this shake up and it was so yummy and it made enough that I could freeze it and put it in the blender the next morning for breakfast. It fills me up too. :) I highly recommend it!

1 1/2 cups Almond Milk (40 calories)
5 Ice Cubes 
2 Handfuls of Triple Berry Blend
